Our Mission

Inner Strength Health is focused on increasing access to alternative mental health treatments for veterans.

We combine clinically guided therapies such as psilocybin and ketamine with outdoor, experiential environments designed to support meaningful, lasting recovery.

Why This Matters

Many veterans face significant barriers when seeking effective mental health care.

Cost, limited access, and the availability of traditional-only treatment models prevent many from receiving the support they need.

Inner Strength Health exists to reduce these barriers and create new, accessible pathways to care.

Our Approach

Clinically guided psilocybin and ketamine-assisted therapy

Integration with outdoor and experiential environments

Focus on long-term recovery, not short-term symptom management

Future expansion through grant-funded access

Built from direct experience

Inner Strength Health is being developed by a practitioner working directly with veterans in therapeutic settings. This work is grounded in real-world experience with both the potential and the limitations of current care models.
